Salon Policies
We pride ourselves on providing the best quality of service and products to all our clients. We are an appointment based business, and the time slot we provide is specifically allotted to you. Therefore we rely heavily on organised appointments to maintain the quality of our business. We provide an email reminder 5 days prior and a text reminder 2 days prior to your appointment time, giving you ample time to organise to reschedule your appointment if you cannot make it.
If you are unable to make your booking or wish to reschedule for another time, we do require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. This extra notice will allow us time to fill your appointment slot. With extreme circumstances taken into consideration, your $40 booking deposit will be forfeited for any last minute cancellations or no shows. If you suddenly find yourself unable to reach your time, you are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place to avoid this.

- A 50% deposit is required for all brow and lash treatments
